Our thirteenth bargaining session will take place TODAY, March 5th, in person from 3PM-5PM. All postdocs are welcome and encouraged to observe our elected Bargaining Committee negotiate with the administration. Please RSVP if you would like to attend so we can share logistical information ahead of the session.
At the last bargaining session, we saw the impact of our collective action! One day after the delivery of our Open Letter to Einstein signed by a majority of postdocs urging Einstein to avoid further delays, Einstein finally made progress on proposals where they had been refusing to make movement since October. However, many of these counter proposals continue to fall far below the best standards for NYC postdocs. Show support for our bargaining committee by RSVPing to observe upcoming bargaining sessions!
We will also be joining researchers from across NYC in Washington Square Park on Friday, March 7th, to defend science funding at the Stand Up For Science rally! RSVP to attend the SUFS rally here!
