Our vote to ratify our Initial Bargaining Goals closes tomorrow at 5pm – please take a moment to read and vote now if you have not already! The more of us who vote, the more power we will have to improve our working conditions as we head into bargaining with Einstein. Eligible voters are all Postdoctoral Fellows currently employed by the institute who have filled out a bargaining survey or an authorization card.
