Join us as we bring together the postdoctoral community in a safe space to make new friends, celebrate our wins, and eat some holiday treats! RSVP for our next bargaining session: Last week, we secured our current postdoctoral benefits for the next year, instead of allowing Einstein to get away with making them worse. While doing so, we also made clear that we intend to make more ambitious proposals on healthcare and other benefits for our contract in the future. This week, our BC is set to continue fighting for a fair contract for postdocs at the next bargaining session this Thursday from 1PM-5PM over zoom. RSVP to be an observer to show Einstein that we stand as one unit in support of a fair contract!
Sign on to the national letter to the NIH: If you haven’t already, take a moment to sign on to the national letter to the NIH! To push the NIH to make better recommendations for the postdoctoral position, postdocs across the nation are signing on in support. Be a part of the movement to make our positions more equitable and sustainable!
