Postdoc observers attended our first in person bargaining session two weeks ago.
RSVP for our next bargaining session on October 28th!
Our third bargaining session is next Monday, October 28th, from 2 PM to 5 PM in person. Please RSVP if you would like to attend so we can share logistical information ahead of the session. All postdocs are welcome and encouraged to observe our elected Bargaining Committee negotiate with the administration.
At the last session, the administration’s bargaining team responded to 7 of the 19 articles our Bargaining Committee proposed in our previous bargaining meetings. While we were disappointed to receive only 5 counter proposals, we look forward to more progress with longer sessions. The articles we have yet to receive responses on include Discipline and Dismissal, Prohibition Against Discrimination and Harassment, and more.
