Our second bargaining session is next Thursday, October 10, from 1 PM to 3 PM in person. Please RSVP if you would like to attend so we can share logistical information ahead of the session. Strong postdoc participation in this and future bargaining sessions will be critical to moving negotiations forward and winning a strong contract.
During our last session our bargaining committee presented 18 non-economic articles related to our workplace rights, including Discipline and Dismissal, Grievance and Arbitration, and more. We hope to see Einstein’s bargaining team engage for the first time with these proposals at this next session. You can keep track of proposals with our online bargaining tracker.
