Here at Einstein, we voted by an overwhelming majority of 82.6% in favor of ERU-UAW! This week, our bargaining committee was elected by acclamation and the next step is to understand the priorities of the greater postdoc community at Einstein. To do so, we are rolling out a bargaining survey.
If you are interested in helping drive the effort to reach a majority of our colleagues with bargaining surveys, reach out and let us know here. The more of us who are involved with reaching our coworkers, the faster we can begin negotiations and reach a fair contract for all postdocs here at Einstein.
