A strong majority of postdoctoral researchers have signed authorization cards in support of forming our union, Einstein Researchers United-UAW!
After more than a year of conversations with our coworkers, we’ve reached this important milestone just two weeks after starting our card drive. Now, we are excited to take the next steps toward forming our union so we can bargain as equals with the Einstein administration.
We will be hosting an Informational Town Hall at 6 PM on Wednesday, March 27th, in Price Building Room 551 to discuss our progress so far. Come and meet other postdocs, hear from unionized researchers at other institutions, and get answers to questions about the unionization process. Click here to RSVP.
